Dragondale

In 2693:5, a group of slavers kidnapped many citizens from Rotan. The Lords of Rotan were instrumental is securing their safe release and were awarded the farmstead known as Dragondale as a reward. On the first day of 2694 Dragondale was the site of a massive battle as a combined force of elves, dwarves and humans fought the legions of Widapa. Most of the buildings were destroyed in the battle, but they have since been rebuilt. Although technically owned by the King, use of Dragondale and its surrounding lands has been granted to the Lords in perpetuity. Several of the Lords have used the area as a base in the past and the area has developed into a small village. Dragondale has grown into a small village over the last decade, including Dragondale Inn, run by the thri-kreen Li’kik’r.

Items in storage in the Inn's armory include five Skullswords and an Urgari battleaxe.

Items in storage in the Inn's treasury include Boots of Levitation, a pair of blue anklets, the Staff of the Python, a pair of ornate headbands and a decanter of poisoned liqueur.

Artak’s laboratory
After the return of the Lords of Rotan from the east in 2695:4, Artak established a well-equipped alchemical laboratory at Dragondale. During the last decade Artak and his carefully selected assistants have conducted extensive research into herbal remedies, poisons, sedatives and some more controversial biological agents. More recently, the laboratory began analysing the different types of plants from regions affected by the Blight. The results from this research are mostly inconclusive, but there have also been a few interesting discoveries.

Artak keeps his copy of Malik's Cookbook and his Dagger of the Mer-cohl in the laboratory.

Dragondale Ranch
Although he has not had enormous amounts of time to devote to it, Damalanthas has established a small and quite prosperous horse-breeding ranch at Dragondale. Horses bred at Dragondale Ranch are usually in the upper 10% of their breed and fetch between 10 and 100% more on the open market than similar horses bred elsewhere.

Two of the horses living at the ranch are Daisy and Old Rogue.

Flash's house
Flash owns a small house, now part of Dragondale village. He hasn't used the house in many years, and it remains abandonded and unoccupied.
