This shrine to Dasmar is a drinking fountain in the centre of Rotan City. Damalanthas funded the creation of the fountain early in 2694. A few days later, Nesgasp enchanted the water in the fountain, and drinking the water now allows people to walk on water. The effects of the enchantment last approximately one hour per waterskin consumed. Damalanthas formally christened the fountain Wellinghove in 2695:5. |
