The Crusaders for the Inked Swords is an organisation dedicated to the preservation and protection of the halfling race. The Crusaders have the full support of the Waterloaf Council and the Waterloavian Army. The Crusaders have rented warehouse space in several cities from the Rotan Merchant Alliance and there is an informal agreement between the CIS and the RMA to exchange information.
